This Cres Cor® Hot Cabinet is fully insulated and can keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. It heats up to 200°F, and has a solid state electronic control with an easy-to-read LED digital display. It is made from stainless steel and has smooth interior corners to prevent buildup. This cabinet is finished with field reversible insulated Dutch doors, and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
