Cres Cor® 131-UA-11D Non-Insulated Hot Cabinet for 11 Pans

This Cres Cor® Hot Cabinet can be used to keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. It is non-insulated, but has a heating system that holds foods up to 180°F. It is made from non-corrosive, Hi-Tensile aluminum, and has a reinforced door with a perimeter gasket to minimize heat loss. Its universal angles accommodate a variety of pan sizes. The controls are accessible without opening the door, allowing adjustments without interrupting the process. This cabinet is finished with 5" heavy-duty swivel casters.
