Cres Cor® 121-PH-1818D Non-Insulated Deluxe Proof / Hot Cabinet

This Cres Cor® Deluxe Proof / Hot Cabinet can be used as an all-purpose proofer or a moving air proofer for delicate products. It can also be used as a holding cabinet to keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. The body is constructed from non-corrosive, Hi-Tensile aluminum and has field reversible Lexan doors for easy viewing. The control panel has an easy-to-read thermometer and the entire power assembly is removable for cleaning and maintenance. This cabinet has heavy-duty 5" swivel casters for easy transport.
