This Cres Cor® Half-Size Hot Cabinet is fully insulated and keeps prepared foods at serving temperatures. It can hold 12" x 20" pans (not included), and is made from stainless steel. There are pan stops on the inside of the door and back to allow for proper air flow. This cabinet is finished with heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
