This Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ Hot Cabinet is fully insulated and can keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. It maintains the right combination of heat and humidity heats up to 200°F. The AquaTemp™ system allows users to regular humidity levels by controlling the air temperature. The cabinet is made from stainless steel and has smooth interior corners to prevent buildup. This cabinet is finished with field reversible insulated Dutch doors, and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
