This Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ Undercounter Hot Cabinet is fully insulated and can keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. It maintains the right combination of heat and humidity heats up to 200°F. The AquaTemp™ system maintains optimum food texture. The cabinet is made from stainless steel and has smooth interior corners to prevent buildup. This cabinet is finished with a field reversible insulated door, and heavy-duty 2.5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
