This Cres Cor® Roast-N-Hold™ Stacked Half-Size Gentle Convection Oven is designed for slow roasting. It has two separate compartments and controls for flexibility. The slowed convected air system promotes natural browning for flavor and seals in natural juices. Slow roasting means 15% to 20% less shrinkage. This oven is made from stainless steel and has an insulated door to prevent temperature loss. It is finished with heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, which provide mobility even when fully loaded.
