This Cres Cor® Cook-N-Hold Oven gets flavorful results by slow cooking food. It has a maximum temperature of 325°F, and has two separate compartments with two easy-to-see controls. It has a stainless steel interior and aluminum exterior, and has removable stainless steel pan slides. It is finished with heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, which allow for easy mobility even when fully loaded.
