This Cleveland Range gas pressure steamer has a pressure gauge to control the compartment pressure and a electronic spark ignition for easy start‐up. It has 3 compartments that triples your cooking capacity allowing for bulk food cooking. These pressure steamers are an efficient way to keep up with the pace of you busy restaurant.
