This Cleveland Range 12 gallon tabletop steam jacketed kettle is easy to install. the 12 gallon capacity allows you to cook up large quantities of pasta, soup, or chili. It features an energy efficient gas heating system that heats up quickly using a automatic electronic spark ignition. The steam jacket is filled with distilled water so there is need a need to empty or refill.
