This SteamCraft® Gemini™ electric convection steamer provides great results. It features two steaming compartments, each with a 5 gallon generator reservoir that are independently operated. Each compartment uses brass steam jets produce a high velocity of convection steam without the need for fans. Additionally, this convection steamer features "cool to the touch doors" with a reversible gasket for an airtight seal and keep the doors from getting hot.
