This Cleveland Range gas convection steamer features a 1.5 gallon water reservoir located at the bottom or the compartment and the front access burners allow for easy maintenance and cleaning. The KleanShield™ system helps keep the cooking compartment clean and free from impurities and helps eliminate foaming. Automatic water level controls helps maintain water levels during cooking so there is no need to manually refill.
