This Cambro® black 2 quart ColdFest® crock will keep your cold food properly chilled without the mess of using ice. The high impact ABS plastic shell surrounds a non‐toxic gel core that will hold food at or below the HACCP‐recommended temperature of 41°F for up to six hours ‐ just freeze the empty crock for eight hours or overnight before filling it with pre‐chilled ingredients and you're good to go. This crock works great with salad bars and buffet tables, and can be paired with a matching pump for quick dispensing. Freeze upside down for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre‐chilled product.
