Win-Holt NHPL-1810-HHC Non-Insulated Heater / Proofer Cabinet

This Win‐Holt heated proofer cabinet has Proof and Heat modes that set the temperature and humidity for proofing. An air baffle keeps air circulating. The door lifts off for easy cleaning. A tight fit gasket is installed on inside door frame, held closed with magnets.
