This standard weight tapered sauce pan from Browne Foodservice has a capacity of 2.5 quarts and features 9 gauge aluminum construction with excellent heat conductivity. Perfect for any kitchen! For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
