This Thermalloy® stock pot is the perfect tool for large volume cooking. Great for soups, pastas, or braised meats. The handles are securely fastened and are comfortable in your hands and the aluminum construction offers the utmost in durability and even heat distribution. For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
