Browne Foodservice 5724051 Thermalloy® S/S 11" Frying Pan

This 9" frying pan features Thermalloy® stainless steel construction and sandwich bottom. This fry pan provides superior, even heat distribution. The handle stays cool to the touch for easier handling and prevent burns. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
