Browne Foodservice 5724097 Thermalloy Excalibur 9.5" Non-Stick Fry Pan

This Thermalloy® Excalibur® fry pan from Browne is 9.5" in diameter and features Excalibur® non‐stick surface. This pan is great for use in busy kitchens and has 3 layers of metal that are seamlessly bonded together. The bottom layer is stainless steel with a mid layer of aluminum and a top layer of stainless steel alloy with superior thermal conductivity. This fry pan has a "stay cool" hollow handle and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources.
