Browne Foodservice 5724094 Thermalloy® Tri-Ply S/S 11" Fry Pan

This Thermalloy® Tri‐Ply stainless steel fry pan is a must have for every kitchen. It is 11" in diameter and features 3 layers of metal that are seamlessly bonded together. The bottom layer is stainless steel with a mid layer of aluminum and a top layer of stainless steel alloy with superior thermal conductivity. The thickness of the aluminum core is 1.5 mm and it is sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The thickness of the inside and outside stainless steel is 0.5 mm thick. This fry pan has a "stay cool" hollow handle and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources.
