The CW‐3A 28‐1/2 Qt. countertop food warmer can preheat to 212°F in just ten minutes. It's thermostatic controls give you complete control over the cooker's temperature, allowing you to heat products rapidly and then adjust to proper holding temperatures. The innovative serpentine shaped heating element design evenly distributes heat throughout the cooker, providing every guest with a consistently warm product. Both the exterior of the warmer and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel. The CW‐3A is designed to cook and hold pre‐cooked foods from a frozen state.
