This Alto-Shaam® Banquet Cabinet holds 192 plates and keeps food hot and flavorful from kitchen to table. This cabinet uses Halo Heat® technology, which provides even heat from side to side. No moisture pans, water, or canned heat is required. it will accept stacked covered plates, covered or uncovered plate carriers, and trays.
