This Alto-Shaam® Banquet Cabinet features the patented Halo Heat® technology, which provides even heat from side to side. No moisture pans or canned heat is needed to keep preplated food fresh, flavorful, and hot. This cabinet holds 128 plates and keeps food hot and flavorful from kitchen to table.
