Thunder Group Inc. - Offers a 1 year warranty/repair service for their Rice Cookers/Warmers 

There are no shipping charges and warranty covers interior damages of the rice cooker/warmers. 

 We pick up the item from your customer, have it repaired from the CA warehouse, and ship it back to 
your customer. 

Warranty requires the copy of the invoice (date it was purchased between the customer and dealer 
within a year) and the serial #. 

Once the proper paperwork is received, they will provide a RGA form and issue a call tag from UPS to 
come by either to the restaurant or the dealer’s location for a pick up. 

Please make sure the rice cooker (SEJ-50RC requires inner pot and base or RER55ASN requires only the 
base), so my technician can test all parts of the rice cooker. 

The repair process will take about 48 hours depending on the issue of the rice cooker. 

When inspection and repair are finalized we will ship the rice cooker back to the customer.
