Is this TP good for septic tank use, ie. Does it disintegrate sufficiently and rapidly ?

I am currently stocking the BWK-45GREEN (Opti-Core Controlled) for one of my clients, and they are purchasing on average, 8 cases per month. Will this tissue work as a sub to this item. If so, what are your shipping requirements?

The Wausau Paper 61990 EcoSoft OptiCore toilet paper is designed to fit the Wausau Paper 80300 Revolution, 80200 DublServe Side-By-Side, and the 82300 DublServ Vertical toilet paper dispensers. We cannot guarantee that it would fit the BWK-45GREEN Opti-Core Controlled. Thanks!

QUESTION
I need to find out if this will fit into a Bay West 4 toilet roll dispenser. The numbers I found on the dispenser are US3700181 and 4662664. It seems that some rolls are to long to fit on the dispenser. thanks!
