QUESTION At what temperature can pans be loaded into this carrier? Example: can I take something from oven which has cooked at 350 degrees, and place it into the carrier within a few minutes, or is the limit more like a carrier for "warmed" food, example 250 degrees?
Thank you. . .

QUESTION I would like to use this as a cooler for a camp kitchen. I want to put ice in a deep pan in the top runners and use other pans in other runners as shelves to hold my food and drinks. Would this keep the food cold like a cooler would? Is there insulation on the front door?
ANSWER This insulated carrier is able to keep cold food safely for four hours. It has four layers of insulation. This should function just the same as a cooler.
QUESTION When you say keep foods hot for up to 4 hours. Does this mean it remains at the same temperature for the 4 hours that it was when first placed in the carrier or does the temperature decrease over the hours and when we go to use in 4 hours after placing it in the carrier the food is no longer hot but warm.
ANSWER Hello, the temperature of the food will decrease slightly as more time passes. It is able to keep food at a safe serving temperature for up to four hours. This product is like a cooler, it has four layers of insulation. Thank you!
