Description

Pitco Frialator Economy fryers have a standing pilot only needs to be lit once a day when the power is on for less wear and tear on components and faster recovery. These fryers also feature a stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back for durability. There are stainless steel baffles mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to maximize heating efficiency

Thermostat maintains selected temperature between 200°F and 400°F
Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve
Gas control valve stops gas flow to main burner until pilot is lit and shuts off gas flow if the pilot goes out
Temperature limit switch shuts off gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit
Millivolt Thermostat (T-Stat)
Thermo-Safety pilot with built in regulator
High Temperature safety limit switch
3/4 NPT rear gas connection
1-1/4" Full port drain valve for fast draining
Separate Manual gas shutoffs, for front servicing
Integrated flue deflector
