QUESTION hello
I want to know what kind of detergent is needed ,where can i find it and how much it cost per liter . Also i need to know how much it uses ( water and detergent). I need to wash about 3000 plates per day . Thank you for your answer. ( i am going to buy this machine in just a few days )
ANSWER Hello, at this time the manufacturer does not recommend a specific detergent, however, any commercial-grade dishwashing detergent is suitable for this product. The amount used would depend on the brand purchased. Regarding water, the specification sheet says that for low use (less than 3,825 dishes per hour), it uses 84.7 gallons of water per hour. The initial fill is 60.7 gallons. Thank you!
