QUESTION
I am thinking on putting a 3 ft round base and a light display on the 3 ft base which will be placed on this turntable to rotate it. Will it hold the 3 ft base on it?

QUESTION
I have a need for a turntable that can cycle about 3-4 inches right and return left automatically. I understand there is a manual switch to set direction, any chance it can be performed automatically?

Hello, This turntable will only go in the direction you set if for left or right. You would have to manually change the direction. Thanks!

Can this be controlled by a foot pedal?

Hello, this turntable is not meant to be controlled by a foot pedal. It has a bi-directional switch which accommodates both right and left-handed decorators, and has a free spinning ball bearing system which allows the user to stop and spin the turntable manually when the motor is running.
