Do you have a replacement part for the ink roller since it is unavailable or do we have to order all new date guns?

QUESTION
how do u remove the lip to get them to fit a dm3

ANSWER
I just spoke with the Day Mark company, they said the the ink roller should slide right in. She said you shouldn't have to remove anything from the roller to make it fit. They were wondering what gun you have the red, black or metal gun, they all take different ink rollers. Looking forward to hearing back from you! Thanks!
