QUESTION
I make my own greek yogurt where I heat up milk to 180 deg. and let it cool down to 120 deg.
My question is will this thermometer audibly let me know when the temperature reaches this lower limit on the cool down.

QUESTION
Does this device provide an alarm on both high and low temperatures at the same time- e.g. the alarm sounds if the temperature is either above the high set point or below the low set point.
My question is probably addressed in the owner's manual, so please email me the owner's manual.
