The first reality of successful food truck ownership<\/a> is the long hours. Similar to many other aspects of foodservice, food truck owners can forget about a simple 9-to-5 workday. For the rest of us, however, the challenges faced are still well worth the reward<\/a>. Established owners have the satisfaction of building a successful business for themselves and seeing their customers happy.
