How do you re calibrate the digital thermometer if it is reading incorrectly in ice water.

If you purchased this thermometer through Wasserstrom, you can call us at 1-866-634-8927 and we will do our best to help you. This thermometer does have a 2 year limited warranty. Thank you.

i have this thermometer but lost the instructions I changed the batters and im getting a er9 and I don't know what to do to get it to work.thanks

Hello, according to the manufacturer, if you have changed the batteries and you are still getting an error message, you will need to contact them at 1-800-225-4834. This item has a Two Year Limited Warranty. Thank you!

QUESTION
How do you change from C to F reading

ANSWER
To change back and forth from C to F. Press the Scan(infraed) key, press the Mode key four(4) times. Do the same to go from F to C.
