QUESTION
I have an old taylor thermometer that is indoor and outdoor with a sensor that goes outside to take the temp and it finally failed. Whats the right model to replace this? thanks jk you can contact me at jakuehn2002@yahoo.com

ANSWER
Hi, this thermometer does not have a sensor to take the outdoor temperature reading. This thermometer can either be hung outside or inside and displays the current temperature. We do have a thermometer that can read both indoor and outdoor temperatures that may interest you. It is item 301100. Thank you.

QUESTION
How does this work? Is it mounted indoors near a window with a wire and sensor leading to the outside? I have an old model Taylor indoor/outdoor, but would like to purchase a new one.

This thermometer can just be mounted indoor or outdoor. There are no wires or sensors. Thank you.
