Description

This Star® Ultra‐Max® Gas Griddle has a 48" width and is a reliable, efficient way to cook a variety of foods. It features a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, and has a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. It is finished with a side and rear splash guard, and a grease trough for easy cleanup. Optional mechanical snap‐action thermostats use sensors embedded 0.1875 in. (5 mm) from the cooking surface every 12 inches (305 mm) for precise temperature control

QUESTION
Will this griddle fit on this refrigerator base: Arctic Air ARCB48 48" Refrigerated Chef Base

ANSWER
Hello, this griddle has a 48" width x 32-3/8" depth x 18" height. The model ARCB48 refrigerated chef base is 50" width x 32" depth x 26" height. It should fit, but might hang off slightly due to the 3/8" difference in depth. Thank you!
