Description

Star® Ultra-Max® chrome gas griddles provide a highly polished surface for even cooking results. Snap action thermostatic controls allow you to adjust temperatures between 150° and 450° for all your cooking needs. This griddle features a "Euro-style" design and ergonomic front control panel. There are 30,000 BTU burners every 12". Ultra-Max® gas griddles have a front grease trough and grease chute for easy clean-up.
