QUESTION
I put creamer in mine. The creamer gets trapped underneath the black pouring portion. Is this removable for proper cleaning?

ANSWER
The lid does come apart for cleaning so you should not have any issues with cream getting stuck in the lid. The lid is also dishwasher safe. Thanks!

Looking for the carafe used in reaturants that keeps beverages warm but is cool to the touch. Is this the same one?

These Stanley ErgoServ carafes have double wall insulation and will keep contents hot for up to 4 hours and keep the outside cool to the touch. This carafe is perfect for use in restaurants. Hope this helps!
