I have a pitco perfect pasta cooker that shuts off after it reaches a perfect boil. I have to reset the little reset button and re-light the pilot.
Hi. It might be the high temperature limit switch that got activated. If it's being activated at the wrong temperature, you might need to get it serviced. We are a distributor and not a servicer, so you would need to contact Pitco or one of their service offices. I'll also upload the manual if you'd like to read through the troubleshooting (will be found in the "Literature" tab). Thanks!

Hello, all available measurements can be viewed in the Spec Sheet under the Literature tab on this product page. This product has a 14" x 18" cooking area and 11.25" cook depth. It requires the following clearances: 30" front min, 6" floor min, 6" side min, 6" rear min, 0" sides min, and 0" rear min. Thank you!
