I just wanted to make sure that this includes both the dipwell and the installation kit.

ANSWER
Hello, I'm sorry but it does not include both. The installation kit includes a santoprene gasket, coupling nuts, tall valve, barrel valve, male connector, ferrule, plastic tubing, saddle valve and accoutrements. The actual dipwell is item # 690603. It comes with an "accessory pack" that includes the overflow tube (sits inside the dipwell), inlet tube (the faucet), screws and clips for mounting the dipwell.
