The Randell Raised Rail Prep Tables are mechanically-cooled that allow easy access to food pans. The cold is transferred through the recessed food pans for an evenly chilled product. The raised rail is sealed to the base to prevent spills from going to the food in the lower refrigerator. It has a rail thermostat to allow adjustments for the two sections to be controlled independently.
This unit works well with a Randell Plate Chiller.
