Description

Serve your guests healthy, delicious foods steamed in a ConvectionPro XVI® electric steamer. This steamer has 2 compartments that hold up to eight 12" by 20" cafeteria pans for steaming everything from meats to vegetables. The instant steam standby mode keeps the steaming temperature constant and the cavity is fully insulated for energy efficiency.

Fully insulated cooking compartment for thermal efficiency
Removable stainless steel slide sacks for easy cleaning
Heavy duty, one piece, solid compartment door design with replaceable door gasket
Compartment doors hinged left, control on the right
Heavy duty stainless steel base frame
Electric steam generator provides automatic water fill on start up
Automatic generator drain uses "Water Jet" spray rinse cleaning cycle at shutdown to keep drain clear
Automatic water level control system with low water power cut‐off circuit
Steam generator equipped with high limit pressure safety switch, 15 psi safety valve, and steam generator pressure gauge
NSF Certified 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for a one inch level adjustment
