This SteamChef™ 6 convection steamer has the KleanShield™ technology that removes condensate waste from the cooking compartment and helps prevents contamination of the reservoir water. The SureCook timer eliminates the guesswork by adjusting the cook time based on the volume of product being cooked.

QUESTION
What's the voltage, amperage and plug on this model?

ANSWER
Hello, this model has 13.5 kW electric heating elements in aluminum blocks. It is hardwired so there is no plug with this unit. The amps are varied - a 208 3-phase is 29.8 amps, and a 243 phase is 34.4. Thank you!
