My straws are 10 1/4" Will this accomadate them ?

The length of this disoenser is 10-1/8" so the 10-1/4" straws will not be able to work.

Does this container hold 10.25" giant straws?

Sorry, the length of this straw dispenser is only 10-1/8" so a 10-1/4" straw would not fit.

Does this have the push to dispense feature? or the knob to turn?

There is a knob on the side that you turn to dispense a straw.

My daughter is a 1st grade school teacher and I would love to purchase this product for her class room. I have looked every where for a clear dispenser with a pull/push handle vs. a roller. Since this product is pricy what is your return policy if this product comes to me broke in any way?

Hello, this product is constructed with durable plastic so it sounds like a great choice for a classroom. Our return policy is as follows: You may return new and unopened products sold by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products require prior authorization from Wasserstrom before they can be returned. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. we shipped you the wrong product or we shipped you more than you ordered). Return freight will be the customer's responsibility. In the event that there is either visible or concealed damage, simply accept the package, but have a notation made on the carrier delivery receipt. In order to file a damage claim, our Customer Service department must then be contacted within 48 hrs. Thank you!
