QUESTION Mini one egg fry pan #5724044. You have listed a matching cover for this pan as #5724120. Is this correct? I have found this item and am concerned it is not compatible with the mini fry pan. Please give correct matching cover (lid) for mini fry #5724044. Is there a lid specifically made for this pan? If so, please, what model number?
ANSWER Sorry, the 5724120 lid does not fit this pan and a lid is not available for this mini fry pan.

QUESTION Was this pan supposed to be seasoned before first use. It burned the first egg, second was fine. How much oil do you recommend.
ANSWER Hi, this is the recommendation from the manufacturer: For best results stainless steel and aluminum cookware should be seasoned before first use. After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10-15 minutes until light smoke appears. When oil turns a deep brown turn off heat and allow pan to cool. Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
