QUESTION
where can i purchase a vent or can I have one made?

ANSWER
Hi. The part you need would be a Draft Hood, which will allow you to the have the unit piped outside the building. This is just the attachment that fits on the oven. All piping would be done by your HVAC contractor. From what I gathered in the Parts Manual (in the Literature tab), the draft hoods that are compatible are 1946 and 8348. We do not have these on our website, so they must be ordered by phone.

can you describe or specify the vent and exhause system needed for this over?

ANSWER
This oven can be vented using either: a mechanically driven, canopy type, exhaust hood, or a direct flue arrangement. Please see page 8 of the Installation Guide located in the "Literature tab"
