I am a private citizen - not a restaurant. I use the paper when i freeze foods in a plastic bag. I put the paper around the food so the pieces don not touch one another. For instance, when I am putting a couple of chicken filets in a bag, I lightly wrap in the paper. It also seems to prevent freezer burn. I don't know where to get these. I have an old box of SAV-A-RAP which had 1000 sheets. It has to be about twenty years old. I am running out and went on-line to find them. Everyone sells huge amounts. It took me twenty years to use 1000. All the packages I've seen are for huge amounts. I am 77 years old - I don't think I even need 1000, but I would buy that if it was the smallest I could get. Can you tell me if your patty sheets are available in a smaller size package?
Hi. I'm not sure what size the Sav-A-Rap sheets are, but we do carry something similar like the Lightweight Wax Paper 6" x 11" Bakery Tissue (sold by the box of 1000) Item #: 306514. Thanks!

I want to order this for our math department... I am the department head and patty paper is so useful! I can't tell what quantity this clearance item is advertised for. Can you please tell me exactly what this clearance item is? Last time we used this same type of patty paper it came in a box of 1000. Does this mean 24 boxes of 1000?
Thank you... look forward to your response!
Hi. This Dixie 6" x 6" Wax Patty Paper is sold by the quantity of 24000 sheets. The case contains 24 boxes of 1000 papers in each box. Thanks!
