How do you use these liners? We need them to bake bread on them. Do we have to greese them to release the bread?
No grease or other non-stick agent is nessecary but it does have a maximum temperature of 425 degrees F

How are these being shipped? Are the papers in rolls or do they lay flat?
This pan liner is shipped flat.

Hi. Sorry, I'm still waiting for a response from the manufacturer, but from what I can find, this is a half-size grease proof paper with a Quilon release coating. It can last 1-2 bakes at 375-400 degrees F, is Kosher/Pareve, microwavable, and biodegradable. Thanks!
