Blodgett 30 Gal. Gas Braising Pan w/ Electric Power Tilt (80,000 BTU)

Blodgett offers the most options in braising pans in the industry with four (4) tilting mechanisms. Choose from manual, gearbox, power or hydraulic tilt. You also have the choice of tabletop or floor models. These braising pans are made of heavy duty 304 stainless steel. The controls are simple and easy to use. All models have a high-temperature cut-off for safety. This 30 gallon gas braising pan has an electric power tilt mechanism.
