QUESTION
I have recently aquired a 1992 Groen Electric 40-Gallon Kettle (Model # DEE/4T-40) I have been looking for information on this item. I wasn't aware that mixers could be used with these units. My first question is, where can I purchase a mixer and how much are they? My second question is, where can I obtain parts for the unit I currently have? Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time!

ANSWER
It is possible to retrofit a mixer on the 1992 unit however, t this would entail is sending the unit back to the factory where we would need to reinforce the structure and add the mixer portion to the unit. So you would be looking at freight costs, 3200.00 net for the modification to the original, plus the cost of the mixer which is the difference of the standard unit and the cooker mixer.
