The Berkel model 350 vacuum packaging machine provides reliable portion control and product storage. This machine has a large stainless steel chamber, a high performance pump, electric cut-off, and double seal. This model has an anaerobic gas flush system to help maintain product color and provide pillow-pack seal o protect the product. This machine has an easy to operate electronic touch pad with 9 storable programs.
