Server-Products Black Deep HOLDCOLD™ Fountain Jar

This model is black to color-code the switch out of jars on days and nights shifts. Inside depth is 10" (25.4cm) with a capacity of 2-1/4 Qt. (2.1 L). HOLDCOLD™ jars are constructed of durable ABS plastic and filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel. Each jar is notched to allow the lid to close over a ladle for increased sanitation. They also have molded feet to prevent tipping. Prior to use, place jar in the freezer for eight hours. HOLDCOLD™ Jars will maintain product temperature for up to 12 hours, when placed in an insulated unit and filled with refrigerated product.
